Obesity induces insulin resistance and chronic inflammation, impacting human health. The relationship between obesity, gut microbiota, regulatory mechanisms has been studied extensively. Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide (DOP), a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, potentially reduces resistance.
