ABSTRACT This case series presents the use of elamipretide in two patients with different progressive mitochondrial disorders (chronic external ophthalmoplegia [CPEO] plus and neuropathy, ataxia, retinitis pigmentosa [NARP] syndrome) characterized by ophthalmic traits.
