Aiming at the difficulties in modelling, simulation and verification digital twin workshop, a modelling online training method for workshop is proposed. This paper describes multi-level aggregate method, including status attributes, static performance attributes fluctuation designs organisation system, namely, graph. According to data demand aggregates, spatio-temporal model constructed. The using truncated normal distribution presented. Furthermore, based on real-virtual error effectiveness...

A novel low-temperature SnO2 gas sensor was prepared and studied on silicon nanostructures formed by femtosecond laser irradiation. By applying a bias voltage the substrate to alter charge distribution surface of SnO2, carbon monoxide (CO), ammonia (NH3) can be distinguished same at room temperature. The experimental results are explained with mechanism that works low temperature because adsorption molecules trap electrons SnO2.

The thermal stability of drawing-tower grating (DTG) has become the primary concern in applications because its great advantages building a large-capacity distributed fiber sensing network. Different aging trainings were performed on DTGs written by single laser pulses at 193 nm low-germanium doped silica fiber, and Bragg wavelength reflectivity different temperatures investigated to demonstrate that DTG is reliable some applications. A double exponential function model proposed as method...

Application of an electric field is effective demulsification method for water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions. For the W/O emulsions stabilized by anionic surfactants, microscopic mechanism still not very clear. In this work, coalescence behavior two droplets surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in oil phase under a DC investigated molecular dynamics simulation. The effects strength and type on electrocoalescence water are mainly considered. trajectory snapshots center mass suggest that there...

Abstract While metallic networks, proposed recently as a replacement for transparent conducting oxides, show superior optoelectronic performance and mechanical flexibility, their adhesion to flexible substrates remains problem. In this work, high network inspired by the ground‐gripping functionality of bamboo roots is developed. This shows not only excellent but also superb could be beneficial electronics.

Shale reservoirs typically exhibit high density, necessitating the use of horizontal wells and hydraulic fracturing techniques for efficient extraction. Proppants are commonly employed in to prevent crack closure. However, limited research has been conducted on impact shale mineral composition proppant filling patterns stress sensitivity. In this study, cylindrical core samples from two different lithologies Jimusaer, Xinjiang China were selected. The microscopic structures tested, a...

This paper proposes a method to extract deep-level trap states of the organic photodiode by capacitance–voltage (CV) measurement. The relationship between trapped charge density and surface potential can be determined solving Poisson's equation, while employing Gauss's theorem establish correlation CV characteristics. Consequently, analytically obtained conventional Experimental results on P3HT:PCBM devices demonstrate that deep distribution this well connected with capacitance–frequency...
