β-Ga2O3 epitaxial thin films were deposited using laser molecular beam epitaxy technique and oxygen atmosphere in situ annealed order to reduce the vacancy. Metal/semiconductor/metal structured photodetectors fabricated as-grown film separately. Au/Ti electrodes Ohmic contact with Schottky films. In compare Ohmic-type photodetector, Schottky-type photodetector takes on lower dark current, higher photoresponse, shorter switching time, which benefit from barrier controlling electron transport...
Abstract α‐Synuclein (α‐SYN) is a very important neuronal protein that associated with Parkinson’s disease. In this paper, we utilized Au‐doped TiO 2 nanotube arrays to design photoelectrochemical immunosensor for the detection of α‐SYN. The highly ordered nanotubes were fabricated by using an electrochemical anodization technique on pure Ti foil. After that, deposition method was exploited modify resulting Au nanoparticles, which have been demonstrated facilitate improvement photocurrent...
Amorphous gallium oxide thin film with heavy oxygen deficiency was deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate by pulsed laser deposition in order to explore the resistive switching behavior of Pt/Ga2O3-x/Pt sandwich structure. A well unipolar obtained this structure, which exhibits a high resistance ratio OFF/ON up 104, non-overlapping voltages, and excellent repeatability retention. Both I-V relation plots ON OFF states temperature dependent variation resistances indicate that observed can be...
β-Ga2O3/4H-SiC n–n type heterojunctions have been fabricated by depositing high quality β-Ga2O3 films on c-axis orientation n-type 4H-SiC substrates using laser molecular beam expitaxy. The influences of oxygen vacancies the junction performances are investigated. It is found that existence degrades rectifying and photoresponse properties heterojunctions. A large rectification ratio 1900, a 254 nm ultraviolet photosensitivity 6308% zero response 365 achieved reducing vacancies. supposed in...
Both unipolar resistive switching (URS) and bipolar (BRS) behaviors are observed in Cu2O/Ga2O3 stacked layer. The conversion between BRS URS is controllable reversible. operations mode requires smaller voltage than that the mode. oxygen vacancies closed to interface contributes BRS, bias-controlling filament formation/rupture depletion layer considered contribute URS. happens only negative part due nature of directionality p-n junction. process reported here can be developed design memory device.
The integration of Au-doped TiO(2) nanotubes with biomolecule acetylcholinesterase (AChE) yields a novel AChE-Au-TiO(2) hybrid system, which provides new rapid and valid photoelectrochemical approach to the determination AChE inhibition induced by endogenous neurotoxin.
Abstract Background: Parkinson disease (PD), a progressive neurodegenerative disease, affects at least 1% of population above the age 65. Although specific etiology PD remains unclear, recently endogenous neurotoxins such as (R)-salsolinol [(R)-Sal] and N-methyl-(R)-salsolinol [(R)-NMSal] have been thought to play major role in PD. Much interest is focused on degeneration dopamine neurons induced by these neurotoxins. However, little literature available impact balance between (DA)...
