Typical n-type conjugated polymers are based on fused-ring electron-accepting building blocks. Herein, we report a non-fused-ring strategy to design polymers, i.e. introducing electron-withdrawing imide or cyano groups each thiophene unit of polythiophene backbone. The resulting polymer, n-PT1, shows low LUMO/HOMO energy levels -3.91 eV/-6.22 eV, high electron mobility 0.39 cm2 V-1 s-1 and crystallinity in thin film. After n-doping, n-PT1 exhibits excellent thermoelectric performance with an...

Prizloncabtagene autoleucel (prizlon-cel), a novel bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell, targets and eliminates CD19/CD20 positive tumor cells. This phase 1, open-label study investigated the safety efficacy of prizlon-cel in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (r/r B-NHL). Patients CD19 and/or CD20-positive r/r B-NHL received 3-day lymphodepletion (cyclophosphamide: 300 mg/m2/d; fludarabine: 30 mg/m2/d) followed by an intravenous dose prizlon-cel. The...

For many years, organoboron compounds have been expected to show excellent electron-injecting and -transporting properties. However, lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels (ELUMO) of B-containing π-conjugated molecules are mostly higher than -4.0 eV their electron mobilities usually less 10-2 cm2 V-1 s-1. In this work, we experimentally prove the remarkably high affinity mobility compounds. Our strategy is incorporate multiple boron-nitrogen coordination bonds (B←N) into...

Abstract We disclose a novel strategy to design n‐type acenes through the introduction of boron–nitrogen coordination bonds (B←N). synthesized two azaacenes composed B←N units and six/eight linearly annelated rings. The unit significantly perturbed electronic structures azaacenes: Unique LUMOs delocalized over entire acene skeletons decreased aromaticity B←N‐adjacent Most importantly, these B←N‐containing exhibited low‐lying LUMO energy levels high electron affinities, thus leading...

Abstract Sirtuins (SRTs) are a group of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD + )‐dependent deacetylase that target both histone and nonhistone proteins. The biological function SRT in horticultural plants has been rarely studied. In this study, FaSRT1‐2 was identified as key member the 8 FaSRTs encoded cultivated strawberry genome. Transient overexpression fruit accelerated ripening, increased content anthocyanins sugars, enhanced ripening‐related gene expression. Moreover, stable...

Citric acid is the primary organic that affects taste of strawberry fruit. Glycolysis supplies key substrates for tricarboxylic cycle (TCA cycle). However, little known about regulatory mechanisms glycolytic genes on citric metabolism in fruits. In this study, content fruit displayed a trend rising and decreasing from initial red stage to full then dark stage. Thus, difference metabolic regulation was suspected during development. addition, overexpression either cytoplasm...

Solution-processed organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have great potential for next-generation "plastic electronics". The development of n-type polymer semiconductors still lags far behind that p-type semiconductors, including material number and device performance. Moreover, the reported high-performance are mostly based on amide imide units. To enrich family polymers promote OFETs, we proposed using a boron–nitrogen coordination bond (B←N) to develop semiconductors. In this work,...

To investigate the effects of ratio insoluble fiber to soluble (ISF:SF) on sow performance and piglet intestinal development, we randomly assigned 64 gilts four treatments comprising diets with same level dietary fiber, but different ISF:SF values 3.89 (T1), 5.59 (T2), 9.12 (T3), 12.81 (T4). At birth weaning, six piglets per treatment at each phase were slaughtered for sampling. As increased, mean body weight (BW) weaning BW gain, which all significantly higher in T1 T2 compared T3 T4 (p...
