In this paper, the luminescent complex Eu(3-thenoyltrifluoroacetonate)3 was integrated with Fe3O4 and gold (Au) nanoparticles to form a multifunctional nanocomposite, Fe3O4/Au/Eu(TTA)3 (FOASET NC), for dual magnetic-photothermal therapy biomedical imaging. Abstract The Eu 3+ ‐doped GdPO 4 nanoparticles were prepared via a straightforward combustion method using urea as fuel and nitrates precursor. We have successfully demonstrated a simple and low-cost fabrication technique, called direct laser writing (DLW), for realisation of photonic plasmonic nanostructures.
