Non-Herlitz junctional epidermolysis bullosa (NH-JEB) is a very rare inherited disorder, with an array of complications. We present the case 33-year-old patient Chinese origin, diagnosed NH-JEB in childhood, who developed severe IgA nephropathy. His renal impairment was initially treated by haemodialysis. He underwent successful transplantation, resulting normalization his function. To our knowledge, this first report transplantation bullosa, which should support use intervention other similar cases.

We report a 72-year-old man on haemodialysis who presented with multiple abscesses his lower legs. Routine bacterial culture of abscess pus was reported as 'sterile' after 48 h, leading to the suspicion mycobacterial infection.
