Developing a sensitive SERS-based method to quantitatively detect serum biomarkers (Aβ1-42 and P-Tau-181) for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD).In this study, novel sandwich immunoassay, which consists tannin-capped silver nanoparticles magnetic graphene oxide (Fe3O4@GOs), was developed. We firstly applied detection protein standards in buffer solution, obtaining regression equation. Then, its potential value on real samples AD further explored. The linear range Aβ1-42 P-Tau-181...

Purpose: Inflammation triggers a metabolic shift in macrophages from oxidative phosphorylation to glycolysis, phenomenon known as the Warburg effect. This reprogramming worsens inflammation and cascades into organ damage. Angiotensin-(1-7) [Ang-(1-7)], small molecule, has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties. study investigates whether Ang-(1-7) mitigates LPS-induced septic mice by regulating effect immune metabolism. Methods: The induced with LPS vitro measured inflammatory factors...

The basic aim of the study was to understand role Big Five model personality in predicting emotional intelligence and consequently triggering entrepreneurial behavior employees. individuals plays a very important decision making, enhancement quality living, many other social realms. Hence, intelligent use emotions can make or break an individual's future considering their attitude toward exploiting opportunities available. This has measured impact traits on EI's digital behavior. population...

Pre-insertion of metal cations usually improves the electrochemical performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries. However, in-situ insertion non-metal ions clusters remains a challenge. Herein, non-metallic were induced into δ-MnO2 by an applied electric field activation strategy in NH4F solution. When negative is to δ-MnO2, attraction voltage NH4+ result interlayers lattice. Differently, F- and simultaneously enter lattice through configuration ion when positive. In response, inserted change...

The electrochemical oxidation of sodium borohydride (NaBH4) on Pt electrode in alkaline electrolyte with the addition thiourea has been studied by means cyclic voltammetry (CV), impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and chronopotentiometry (CP). NaBH4 is readily to react hydroxyl groups release hydrogen through either direct or catalytic hydrolysis. experimental results demonstrated that an appropriate amount resulted suppression hydrolysis diffusion ions separation membrane.
