A 75-year-old male visited a clinic with the chief complaint of pollakiuria. computed tomography scan revealed, left adrenal mass, and patient was then referred to our hospital. Since malignant tumor could not be ruled out. We performed laparoscopic resection. Postoperative histopathological findings revealed mass bronchogenic cyst, which had no continuity normal gland. The postoperative course uneventful, recurrence has been observed. Retroperitoneal cysts are rare often difficult diagnose preoperatively using imaging studies.
