Clinical and pathological analysis of 165 patients with orbital space-occupying lesion

ABSTRACT
Objective To present some reference for accurate diagnosis and treatment of orbital space-occupying lesions in clinic,and to analyze the pathological classification evaluate frequencies various types lesions.Methods In this retrospective case series,the medical records 165 patients referred Tianjin first center hospital between November 2009 2012 were reviewed.Results Benign tumors found 98 eyes (59.39%),the leading 3 cavernous hemangioma,21 (21.43%); inflammatory pseudotumor,19 (19.39%); dermoid cyst,16 (16.33%); There 67 (40.16%) malignant tumors.The Lymphoma,19 (28.36%); Adenoid cystic carcinoma,11 (16.42%); squamous cell carcinoma,6 (8.96%).There 48 muscle cone 117 out cone.Conclusions The kinds primary are enormous.Cavemous hemangioma is most common disease benign Lymphoma tumors.
