ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore and analyze the possible mechanism of liver injury in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (novel pneumonia, NCP). Methods: The correlation between ALT, AST other enzyme changes condition NCP patients' status reported literature was comprehensively analyzed. ACE2 expression tissue for novel analyzed based on single cell sequencing (GSE115469) data. RNA-Seq method used to Ace2 transcription factors related its tissues at various time-points after hepatectomy mouse model acute partial hepatectomy. t-test or Spearman rank analysis statistical analysis. Results: ALT were abnormally elevated some infection, rate extent elevation severe higher than those non-severe patients. Liver results immunohistochemistry showed that only expressed bile duct epithelial cells normal tissues, very low hepatocytes. In a hepatectomy, down-regulated first day, but it up twice level third returned seventh day when recovered hepatocyte proliferation stopped. Whether this phenomenon suggests positive participate process regeneration deserves further study. data, 77 positively correlated (r > 0.2, FDR < 0.05), which mainly enriched development, differentiation, morphogenesis glandular cells. Conclusion: We assumed addition over activated inflammatory response NCP, up-regulation caused by compensatory hepatocytes derived from may also be infection.
