ABSTRACT
Objective To study the relationship of immunophenotype and prognosis acute leukemia(AL). Methods 75 patients with AL were analyzed expression by FCM evaluated effect differ-ent to prognosis. Results (1) The incidence CD13, CD33, CD64, CD117 in AML was 82%. CD2, CD3, CD7, CD19, CD20 ALL 88%. lymphocytic lineage antigen AML(Ly + AML) 13% myeloid ALL(My ALL) 11%. (2)According expression, could be classified into three subgroups:lineage-specific expres-sion;mixture-lineage null type. lineage-specific highest ALL, had a better clinical type lowest neither nor poorer progno-sis. In mixture-lineage CR rate CD7+ than those ex-pression Conclusions immtmophenotype might devided subgroups:line-age-specific expression; ex-pression,lower seen expression. It needed ex-plore new treatment methods. Key words: Leukemia;  Immunophenotype;  Prognosis
