Multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a critical global public health problem.Sputum cultures and lung images show strong association with treatment outcomes, serving as multi-dimensional approach to identify MDR-TB patients poor outcomes.The results imply that funds policy investments should be increased by early monitoring of patients, especially regarding imaging sputum bacterium. By informing physicians on changes the therapeutic schedule, outcomes can improved.
