The following is the case of a 36-year old pregnant woman reaching term, suffering from advanced pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis. To our knowledge, this first record such case.
We will describe the clinical case of a pregnant patient with chronic Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura who develops preeclampsia syndrome HELLP syndrome. These concomitant and independent conditions become complex, resulting in thrombocytopenia which creates diagnostic, prognostic therapeutic inconveniences.
