Introduction: Innovation of robotic surgery is still actively growing, and various novel systems are in the process development. The objective this study was to assess perioperative outcomes robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) using hinotori surgical robot system, a recently developed platform, for patients with small renal tumors. Methods: This prospectively included total 30 consecutive who were found have tumors subsequently underwent RAPN between April November 2022. Major these...

This study was done to discover the underlying mechanism of inhibitory effect sericin against colon tumorigenesis. Mice were fed a diet with 30 g/kg for 115 d, and given weekly injection 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (10 mg/kg body weight) initial 10 wk. Dietary supplemental caused 62% reduction in incidence colonic adenoma (P<0.05), but did not affect adenocarcinoma. Sericin intake significantly reduced number adenomas. Consumption BrdU labeling index proliferating cells expression c-myc c-fos. The...

ABSTRACT Introduction Inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus occurs in 4%–10% of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cases. Robotic‐assisted radical nephrectomy (RARN) with IVC thrombectomy offers a minimally invasive alternative to open surgery. Materials and Methods We retrospectively reviewed six cases RARN for RCC at two institutions between April 2022 August 2024. For left‐sided RCC, the left vein was transected using vascular stapler before thrombectomy, ensuring adequate access removal....

ABSTRACT Introduction Robot‐assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) is becoming the standard treatment for bladder cancer patients. While this surgery using da Vinci has been widely reported, report describes initial experience of RARC with intracorporeal neobladder hinotori surgical robot system. Case Presentation The patient was a 73‐year‐old man muscle‐invasive who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by hinotori. Surgery successfully performed total operative time 430 min, robotic...

Background: The hinotori surgical robot system is a promising robotic platform that has been recently introduced into routine clinical practice. aim of this study was to report our initial experience robot-assisted radical nephroureterectomy (RANU) using hinotori. Methods: This included total eight patients with upper urinary tract tumor (UUTT) who underwent RANU via the transperitoneal approach.
