Novel water-soluble metallophthalocyanines (M: Co, Ni, Cu, Zn) containing azo dye were characterized. The structures confirmed by IR, UV/vis, ^1H NMR, ^{13}C mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Photochemical properties aggregation behavior of zinc phthalocyanines investigated. Singlet oxygen quantum yields the (2d, 3d, 5d, 6d) 0.8, 0.57, 0.71, 0.46, respectively.
Symmetrically tetrasubstituted metal-free and metal phthalocyanines (M = 2H, Cu, Ni, Co, Zn or Fe) with four 15-membered heteroatom (N, O, S)-containing donor sites attached have been synthesized characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR, UV/VIS spectroscopy thermogravimetric analysis.
This work deals with experimental and theoretical study of the 4-(2-methoxy-4-(prop-1-enyl)phenoxy)phthalonitrile (MPPP). The MPPP was synthesized characterized by FT-IR NMR, X-ray single-crystal determination. In the title compound, C18H14Cl2N4O2, triazole ring and benzylidenamino moiety are each planar, approximately coplanar with respect to other. The crystal structure is stabilized by C—H⋯O C—H⋯N intra- intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
