본 연구는 우리나라 노인의 신체활동량 수준과 건강관련 삶의 질에 관한 연관성과 관련 요인을 분석하여 질 증진을 위한 방안을 모색하기 목적으로 진행하였다. 이를 위해 국민건강영양조사 제7기 2차년도(2017) 원시자료를 활용해 그 관계성을 확인하여 만65세 이상 노인 741명의 일반적 특성과 질의 관계와 영향 분석하였다. 분석결과 신체활동에 따른 성별, 연령, 교육상태, 월가구 소득, 흡연, 음주, 주관적 건강인식이 영향을 미쳤고 질은 수면시간, 건강인식에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 특성 모두 질과 관계를 나타냈다. 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 특성을 보정하였을 때 신체활동량이 긍정적인 주는 것을 확인했다. 이러한 연구결과는 신체활동과 중요성을 확인한 것이며, 상황을 고려하여 적합한 형태의 다채로운 건강증진을 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것이다.
