Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) is playing a key role in therapeutic decision making for the cancer prognosis and treatment. The NGS technologies are producing massive amount of sequencing datasets. Often, these datasets published from isolated different facilities. Consequently, process sharing aggregating multisite thwarted by issues such as need to discover relevant data sources, built scalable repositories, automation linkage, volume data, efficient querying mechanism, information rich...
In the case of manufactured products, there are situations where some components a product produced over period time by collecting items from different vendors, using raw materials, machines, and manpower. The physical characteristics reliabilities such may be different, but sometimes it is difficult to distinguish them clearly. situations, mixtures distributions often used in analysis reliability data for these components. Here twofold Weibull–Weibull mixture model applied analyze that...
The reliability characteristics of automobile components depend on factors or covariates such as the operating environment (e.g. temperature, rainfall, humidity, etc.), usage conditions, manufacturing periods, types that use components, etc. In recent years, many automotive companies utilize warranty database a very rich source field data provides valuable information for feedback to new product development systems performance in actual conditions. database, those is known fail within period...
Automotive manufacturing companies utilise the warranty database as a very rich source of field reliability data that provides valuable information to enhance quality and their products for feedback new product development systems on performance in actual usage conditions. However, is often incomplete thus requires special methods analysis. This paper analyses type an automobile component where sales amounts are unknown database. The necessary calculate risk censored sets finally estimate...
Proper maintenance policy can play a vital role for effective investigation of product reliability. Every engineered object such as product, plant or infrastructure needs preventive and corrective maintenance. In this paper we look at real case study. It deals with the hydraulic pumps used in excavators by mining company. We obtain data that owner had collected carry out an analysis building models pump failures. The consist both failure censored lifetimes pump. Different competitive mixture...
The apparel industry is the prime driving force of Bangladesh economy, contributing 83% to total export earning with 27.94 billion USD in 2019-2020. has deal an intricate supply chain globally. While many apparel-exporting countries adopt sustainable chains, still under traditional umbrella. Sustainable sector nascent stage yet. This study explores challenges and their interrelation Bangladesh. incorporates thirty barriers five categories (environmental, economic, societal, knowledge &...
Background and objectives Child undernutrition is a leading global health concern, especially in low middle-income developing countries, including Bangladesh. Thus, the of this study are to develop an appropriate model for predicting risk identify its influencing predictors among under-five children Bangladesh using explainable machine learning algorithms. Materials methods This used latest nationally representative cross-sectional demographic survey (BDHS), 2017–18 data. The Boruta...
Wind speed is a naturally occurring phenomenon that arises from the intricate interplay of various atmospheric processes. prediction pivotal in sectors worldwide, and Bangladesh no exception. Beyond its impact on agriculture, water management, disaster preparedness, wind also plays crucial role urban planning construction projects. Architects engineers rely accurate forecasts to design buildings infrastructure can withstand local conditions. Furthermore, aviation maritime industries heavily...
This paper presents techniques for the age-based analysis of failure data an automobile component. An component may fail different modes. It is important to identify mode which fails more frequently. To modes, this first a Pareto chart and preliminary warranty claims data. Then it estimates rate (WCR), nonparametric cumulative density function (CDF) parametric CDF These can be used assess compare lifetime distributions reliability functions The also discusses method estimating by eliminating...
The continuously updated database of failures and censored data numerous products has become large, on some covariates, information regarding the failure times is missing in database. As dataset large information, analysis tasks complicated a long time required to execute programming codes. In such situations, divide recombine (D&R) approach, which practical computational performance for big analysis, can be applied. this study, D&R approach was applied analyze real field an automobile...

Onion (Allium cepa L.) cvs. âTazan' and âIyomante' were pre-treated either with ethanol (at a dose of 0.34, 0.68 0.91g.kg-1) stored at 0, 10, 20 30ºC or 100% CO2 (for 3.5, 7 14 days) 20ºC. Treatment onion delayed rooting, sprouting reduced decay in both cultivars. Chemical analysis organoleptic tests showed that the treatments had no adverse effect on quality onion. Pre-storage treatment for 3.5 days enhanced rooting sprouting, while 14-days exhibited slight inhibitory effect. Key...
