We herein report a 63-year-old man who presented with left lower jaw pain and was diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma bone metastases post-examination. All tumors grew after immunotherapy atezolizumab bevacizumab, his worsened. After palliative radiation therapy, however, the shrank markedly, no recurrence seen stopping immunotherapy.
