As a potential drug candidate for the treatment of hypertension and complications, it is speculated that component-based Chinese medicine Ginkgo biloba leaves (GBCCM) which mainly composed flavonoid aglycones (FAs) terpene lactones (TLs) may have different pharmacological effects at doses or ratios. Taking normal mice as study object, metabonomics was conducted by giving GBCCM. Based on components GBCCM absorbed into blood, network prediction carried out. By integrating results pharmacology,...

Emodin, a natural anthraquinone derivative, can inhibit lipid synthesis and breast cancer cell proliferation. We previously found that emodin decreased liver metastasis via epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) inhibition. However, the mechanism through which affects in high-fat diet-induced obese hyperlipidemic mice has not been elucidated. Bioinformatics analysis was used to reveal potential targets pathways of emodin. The mouse model established by injecting cells into left ventricle...

Viral myocarditis (VMC) is an inflammatory cardiac disease caused by coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) that leads to heart failure or sudden death. However, efficient therapeutic strategies for VMC remain lacking. Ginkgo biloba extract was previously demonstrated have anti-inflammatory activity and had been used in prevention therapy of some cardiovascular diseases (ie myocardial infarction), indicating may be a potential drug the treatment VMC. This study was, first time, investigate intervention...

We aimed to identify key genes located on chromosome 21 as potential biomarkers for prenatal diagnosis of trisomy (Ts21). The microarray data GSE48051, including 10 cultivated amniocyte samples with Ts21 and 9 controls normal euploid constitution, was obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus database. differentially expressed (DEGs) in compared were screened using limma package. Then, we performed GO enrichment analysis DAVID chromosomal location DEGs based the information University California...

This work proposes a new framework, called MR motion fingerprinting, for fast real-time 3D MRI with an imaging latency<500ms. fingerprinting has two stages of imaging. The first stage, the off-view mode, acquires and reconstructs 4D database consisting hundreds images associated 2D fingerprints. second step, live-view only fingerprints, which are used to search matched from database. approach enables efficient, accurate robust ultralow latency, could be adaptive radiotherapy on MRI-Linac.

Motivation: Current methods of assessing Alzheimer's disease, such as PET scans, are expensive, involve exposure to radiation and have limited resolution. Goal(s): We aim demonstrate the applicability a novel CEST MRI method measure relayed Nuclear Overhauser effect, which may be sensitive amyloid-β aggregates. Approach: developed tested radially sampled sequence (ssGraspCEST) that can acquired on hybrid PET-MRI systems. Results: MCI AD patients appeared narrower distributions LDNOE...

Introduction: Lifestyle modification is the cornerstone of diabetes management, yet, little known about trends in overall lifestyle quality among people with (PWD). Hypothesis: We hypothesized that PWD would be improved and disparities narrowed given great efforts made past two decades. Methods: conducted a cross-sectional analysis using data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey to assess national 1999 through 2018. Accordingly, well-established healthy score involving four...
