Sinonasal tuberculosis is a rare disease; its association with osteomyelitis of surrounding bone and cervical lymphadenopathy has been reported rarely. In this article, we report case sinonasal that was complicated by the ethmoid lymphadenopathy. Primary pulmonary artery sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor arising from the artery.Diagnosis of primary quite difficult and conditon often misdiagnosed as more common disease, such embolism.PET can help in diagnosing due to increased uptake 18 F-FDG area tumor.However, poor anatomic resolution PET has limited its clinical applications vascular disease.The recently developed PET/CT fusion CT that improves anatomical PET.We report case mimicking embolism was diagnosed with confirmed surgical resection.
