The piston seal wear in hydraulic cylinder is one of the main factors that give rise to an internal leakage. This paper focuses on diagnosing and subsequent leakage from a double acting combination used support oil QY110 mobile crane. To improve the wear resistance of disc cutters for tunnel boring machines (TBMs), this study is devoted to investigating effects rocks and cutter ring properties on behaviors matching characteristics between hard rocks. Cutter–rock tests were performed results show that rock types significantly affect wear. The mass losses samples sliding against different are vary with because discrepancies in loads, vibrations, properties, transition mechanisms. Finally, revealed.
