It is followed by designing, constructing, and testing 200-V downscaled model to verify the validity effectiveness drive. has four split DC capacitors equipped with voltage-balancing circuit using bidirectional buck-boost choppers. The are based on sinusoidal pulsewidth modulation carrier frequency 3 kHz. tested in this...
To reduce radiation damage caused by the electron beam and to obtain high-contrast images of specimens, we have developed a highly stabilized transmission microscope equipped with cold field emission gun spherical aberration correctors for image- probe-forming systems, which operates at lower acceleration voltages than conventional microscopes. A delta-type corrector is designed simultaneously compensate third-order fifth-order 6-fold astigmatism. Both were successfully compensated in both...
A new concept of a spherical aberration correction system using three dodecapoles is proposed. The compensates for higher order 6-fold astigmatism, which generally limits uniform phase area image forming and probe in an electron microscope with conventional two-hexapole corrector. Triple 3-fold astigmatism field used to correct the objective lens, total eliminated by their combination. optimum azimuth relationship among calculated eliminate astigmatism. principle method was verified...
This paper provides a generalized technique for predicting bulk current injection (BCI) test results. The injected RF disturbance that reaches an integrated circuit (IC) is calculated using electromagnetic (EM) analysis. A three-dimensional (3-D) model of the equipment under (EUT) can provide terminal voltages IC whose references are ground IC, not BCI setup reference plane. Auxiliary (AE) comprising electric load and artificial networks also modeled in 3-D, making it possible to take into...
A microwave hydrothermal reaction of colloidal titanates is presented as a cost-effective synthesis to produce TiO2 single nanocrystals. The photoelectrode consisting anisotropic nanorods and V-shaped twins has significant advantage for achieving an appreciable incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency 85.6% the dye-sensitized solar cell.

This study demonstrates a transmission electron microscopy based system that enables simultaneous measurements of conductivity and magnetism in nanoscale area. A double-probe piezodriving holder is developed order to determine the any part thin-foil specimen. The measurement can be combined with holography, which used obtain magnetic flux map same applied extensively for research development electronic and/or materials.
Network structures in the UV-cured resin prepared from bifunctional poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEDA) were characterized by pyrolysis gas−chromatography (Py-GC) presence of organic alkali, tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH). The pyrogram uncured prepolymer compound consisting PEDA and a photoinitiator, 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropanone-1 (MMMP), comprised specific products such as methyl acrylate (MA), intact MMMP, series dimethyl ethers oligomers. Meanwhile, on...
This paper provides a method based on electromagnetic (EM) analysis to predict conducted currents in the bulk current injection (BCI) test system for automotive components. The BCI is comprised of an probe, equipment under (EUT), line impedance stabilization networks (LISNs), wires and electric load. All components are modeled full-wave EM analysis. model probe enables us handle multi wires. By using transmission theory, setup divided into several parts order reduce calculation time....
This paper provides a technique to predict bulk current injection (BCI) test results. In order define the threshold of failure, direct power based integrated circuit (IC) immunity macro model for conducted is adopted.
