Abstract Pb 0.3 Sr 0.7 TiO 3 (PST) and Bi 1.5 Zn 0.5 Nb Ti O 7 (BZNT) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO 2 /Si substrates by Sol-gel radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering, respectively. The dielectric tunable properties of investigated as a function heat treatment processes. It’s found that the process at appropriate temperature time can be used to obtain good film. film has best comprehensive annealing 650°C for 45min, figure merit (FOM) is 20.1.

Abstract The PST thin films with different top electrodes were prepared by magnetron sputtering and Sol-gel, respectively. effects of on Dielectric Tunable Properties the studied. It is found that comprehensive properties can be improved using suitable electrodes.
