Abstract Pb 0.3 Sr 0.7 TiO 3 (PST) and Bi 1.5 Zn 0.5 Nb Ti O 7 (BZNT) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO 2 /Si substrates by Sol-gel radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering, respectively. Abstract The PST thin films with different top electrodes were prepared by magnetron sputtering and Sol-gel, respectively. effects of on Dielectric Tunable Properties the studied. It is found that comprehensive properties can be improved using suitable electrodes.
