Summary Arabidopsis MYC 2 bHLH transcription factor plays a negative regulatory role in blue light (BL)‐mediated seedling development. HY 5 bZIP protein works as positive regulator of multiple wavelengths and promotes photomorphogenesis. Both 5, belonging to two different classes factors, are the integrators signaling pathways. However, functional interrelations these factors development remain unknown. Additionally, whereas 5‐mediated regulation gene expression has been investigated detail,...

Zinc content of spermatozoa collected from the caput and cauda portions rat epididymis was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The results showed about 60% reduction in spermatozoal zinc time they reach epididymis. This inhibited rats receiving micro dose oestrogen which incuced ‘functional’ sterility. It appears that fall during their transport is related to sperm maturation treatment interferes with this content.
