This paper presents the new fundamental equations of electro-acoustic conversion for N -pair IDT by using force factors. From these equations, simplified three-port equivalent circuits have been derived. As an application, in case that one two acoustic ports is connected with characteristic impedance, two-port also derived much simpler forms.
