Abstract This paper reports the improvement in photocatalytic performance of ZnO by substitution Cu with variable concentration. and 0.5%, 1.0% 2.0% doped nanoparticles have been synthesized sol gel combustion method. Before measuring property, we confirmed HCP structure, granular morphology all samples XRD SEM analysis. Functional group ascertain FTIR peak assignment. Small variation structural parameter stretching mode indicate at site nanostructure. The band gap engineering concentration...

The zinc oxide (ZnO)-grafted polymers have emerged as a prominent material for fabrication of 3D printed biosensor due to its inherent antibacterial, antifungal, room temperature ferromagnetic magnetic behaviour, crystallinity, high thermal conductivity and exaction binding energy. In this study, ZnO (nanoparticles (NPs)) were grafted with polylactic acid (PLA) using twin-screw compounder preparations feedstock filaments. filaments prepared by varying input parameters such concentration in...

Abstract This research work focuses on the influence of Neodymium (Nd) doping (0–10 at.%) structural, optical, electrical, and photo-response properties Zinc Oxide thin films deposited glass substrates by cost-effective spray pyrolysis technique. For all films, X-ray diffraction peaks matched hexagonal wurtzite structure ZnO with maximum intensity along (1 0 1) plane. Using XRD data, crystallite size, dislocation density, micro-strain were estimated. Compared to other Zn 0.96 Nd 0.04 O film...

In the present work, a Dy doped ZnO thin film deposited by spin coating method has been studied for its potential application in based UV detector. The investigations on structural property and surface morphology of ensure that prepared samples are crystalline exhibit hexagonal crystal structure ZnO. A small change crystallite size observed due to doping AFM analysis ascertains grain growth smooth films. exhibits significant enhancement region absorption as compared pure film, which suggests...

Room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) is observed in 5 and 7% Ar implanted ZnO single crystals after annealing the at 750 °C for seven hours. The presence of oxygen vacancies samples main reason showing RTFM. There no contribution magnetism from ions. But ions play a major role creating lattice defects with increase incident ion fluencies.
