Mitochondrial fragmentation due to imbalanced fission and fusion of mitochondria is a prerequisite for mitophagy, however, the exact "coupling" mitochondrial dynamics mitophagy remains unclear. We have previously identified that FUNDC1 recruits MAP1LC3B/LC3B (LC3) through its LC3-interacting region (LIR) motif initiate in mammalian cells. Here, we show interacts with both DNM1L/DRP1 OPA1 coordinate or mitophagy. interacted via Lys70 (K70) residue, mutation K70 Ala (A), but not Arg (R),...

The evolution mechanism of the microstructure and mechanical properties a Mg-Y-Nd-Gd-Zr alloy subjected to different numbers passes ultrasonic surface rolling process (USRP) was investigated. results demonstrated an initial decrease followed by increase in roughness alloy. optimal achieved after four passes, with contour mean deviation 0.06 μm micro-roughness 10-point height 0.55 μm. After USRP, exhibited composite gradient structure characterized increased grain size decreased dislocation,...

Stem cell senescence is an important and current hypothesis accounting for organismal aging, especially the hematopoietic stem (HSC). Ginsenoside Rg1 main active pharmaceutical ingredient of ginseng, which a traditional Chinese medicine. This study explored protective effect ginsenoside on Sca-1⁺ stem/progenitor cells (HSC/HPCs) in mouse model d-galactose-induced aging. The mimetic aging was induced by continuous injection d-gal 42 days, C57BL/6 mice were respectively treated with Rg1,...

Myelosuppression is the most common complication of chemotherapy. Decline self-renewal capacity and stress-induced premature senescence (SIPS) hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) induced by chemotherapeutic agents may be cause long-term myelosuppression after Whether mechanism SIPS relates to injury occurred in microenvironment (HM) still not well elucidated. This study explored protective effect Angelica sinensis polysaccharide (ASP), an acetone extract found as major effective ingredients a...

Objective . To preliminary explore the senescent dynamic changes of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) by human ageing and its possible mechanism. Methods The marrows were harvested from healthy volunteers, according to volunteers’ age, these divided into group A (≤25 years), B (26-45 C (46-65 D (&gt;65 years). Totally, extracted posterior superior iliac spine volunteers under aseptic conditions. Diluted with isovolumic PBS, followed centrifugation at <mml:math...

The protective effect and mechanism of Ginsenoside Rg1 on aging mouse pancreas damaged by D‑galactose (D‑gal)‑induced was studied. Two-month-old male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into three groups 10 per group. D‑gal group received hypodermic injection (120 mg/kg/day) for 42 days; the Rg1+D‑gal receiving + intraperitoneal (40 27 days from 16th day replication; naïve that constituted normal control same dose saline instead drug. related indicators tested second after modeling...

Results demonstrate that global market are nonlinear, asymmetric time-varying. With each 1% rise in risks, left tail crude coal, gas markets decreased by 0.179%, 0.119% 0.113%, while right increased 0.144%, 0.135% 0.097%, respectively. In addition, magnitude crises triggered different events varies. Lastly,...

<title>Abstract</title> Cadmium (Cd) is a widely used heavy metal and has recently been recognized as possible source of human toxicity due to its ability accumulate in organs. Accumulation metals several adverse effects, including inducing inflammation, multiple organs, the testis. However, how Cd ions are sensed by host cells tissue inflammation eventually occurs remains unclear. Here, we show that activates AIM2 inflammasome mediating genomic DNA release into cytoplasm after damage via...

Failure clustering is considered as an effective method to alleviate the burden in software development and maintenance stage. However, since overall fault space extremely large, inherent complexity of "fault-error-failure" chain becomes obstacle failure clustering. In this paper, we present a program behavior characterization which able examine cluster behaviors programs based on their normal executions. We first characterize executions order model runtime behaviors. Then are clustered by...
