Here we demonstrate a magnetic resonance coupling based wireless triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and fully self-powered sensors. By integrating microswitch an inductor with the TENG, pulsed voltage output is converted into sinusoidal signal fixed frequency. This can be transmitted wirelessly from transmit coil to resonant-coupled receiver efficiency of 73% for 5 cm distance between two coils (10 diameter). Analytic models oscillating coupled signals energy transfer are developed, showing...

Radiation pneumonia and fibrosis are major clinical complications of radiotherapy for thoracic tumor patients, may significantly reduce survival quality life. At present, no safe effective radiation protection measures have been approved use. Phycocyanin, a protein responsible photosynthesis from Spirulina, has shown to variety biological activities be beneficial diseases, including pulmonary fibrosis. However, the preventive protective effects phycocyanin on radiation-induced not studied....

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the most common complications diabetes and main cause blindness. The progression disease can be prevented by early diagnosis DR. Due to differences in distribution medical conditions low labor efficiency, best time for treatment was missed, which results impaired vision. Using neural network models classify diagnose DR improve efficiency reduce costs. In this work, an improved loss function three hybrid model structures Hybrid-a, Hybrid-f, Hybrid-c were...

Thyroid nodule lesions are one of the most common thyroid; incidence rate has been highest in past thirty years. X-ray computed tomography (CT) plays an increasingly important role diagnosis thyroid diseases. Nonetheless, as a result artifact and high complexity CT image, traditional machine learning method cannot be applied to image processing. In this paper, end-to-end automatic recognition classification system is designed based on CNN. An improved Eff-Unet segmentation network used...

Abstract Deterministic switching of perpendicularly magnetized synthetic antiferromagnets using spin‐orbit torque (SOT) usually requires an in‐plane auxiliary magnetic field, which limits its practical applications. Here, exchange field gradient is introduced into ferro‐ and (SFs SAFs) through the insertion a slightly wedged Ru between two thin ferromagnetic layers, induces field‐free perpendicular SFs SAFs with ratio up to 81% regardless nature coupling. Temperature‐dependent measurement...

Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is extremely harmful to the human body and may cause neurological dysfunction endocrine dysfunction, resulting in damage multiple organs systems throughout negatively affecting cardiovascular, kidney, mental systems. Clinically, doctors usually use standard PSG (Polysomnography) assist diagnosis. determines whether a person has apnea with multidimensional data such as brain waves, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation. Burn is a common traumatic disease with high morbidity and mortality. The treatment of burns requires accurate reliable diagnosis burn wounds depth, which can save lives in some cases. However, due to the complexity wounds, early lacks accuracy difference. Therefore, we use deep learning technology automate standardize reduce human errors improve diagnosis. First, dataset detailed area segmentation depth labelling created. Then, an end-to-end framework based on method for advanced proposed....

Solving inverse scattering problems (ISPs) is challenging because of its intrinsic ill-posedness and the nonlinearity. When dealing with highly nonlinear ISPs, i.e., those scatterers high contrast and/or electrically large size, traditional iterative inversion methods converge slowly take lots computation time, even maybe trapped into local wrong solution. To alleviate above challenges, a learning-assisted (LA) approach termed as LA method (LAIM) advanced generative adversarial network (GAN)...

Abstract Snoring, as a prevalent symptom, seriously interferes with life quality of patients sleep disordered breathing only (simple snorers), obstructive apnea (OSA) and their bed partners. Researches have shown that snoring could be used for screening diagnosis OSA. Therefore, accurate detection sounds from respiratory audio at night has been one the most important parts. Considered is somewhat dangerously overlooked around world, an automatic high-precision algorithm required. In this...

Ir-CoFeB-based synthetic antiferromagnets (SAFs) are potential candidates as the free layer of next-generation magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) for high speed and density memories due to their perpendicular anisotropy strong interlayer exchange coupling. However, field-free spin–orbit torque (SOT) switching SAFs has rarely been reported, especially in Co/Ir/CoFeB system with anti-interference capability being readily integrated MTJs. In this paper, SOT-induced magnetization SOT efficiency...
