Participants categorized into two groups: those ( n = 324) 144). Outcome measures encompassed fertilization rate, embryo development, outcomes, status...
Preimplantation embryonic developmental arrest (EDA) is a common cause of unexplained female infertility. Genetic factors are believed to be one the primary causes contributing EDA. In this study, we identify four novel compound heterozygous mutations in TLE6 and NLRP5, two infertile patients experiencing recurrent EDA, using whole-exome sequencing. Functional analysis revealed that splicing (c.541+2dupT) NLRP5 (c.2957+4A>G) resulted aberrant RNA splicing, leading abnormal truncations...
The validation of various risk scores in elderly patients with comorbid atrial fibrillation (AF) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) has not been reported. present study compared the predictive performance existing these patients.A total 1252 AF ACS comorbidities (≥ 65 years old) were consecutively enrolled from January 2015 to December 2019. All followed up for one year. predicting bleeding thromboembolic events was calculated compared.During 1-year follow-up, 183 (14.6%) had events, 198...
