Lipase is a very important digestive enzyme for triglyceride absorption in vivo. The inhibitory activities of 26 dietary flavonoids, including flavone, flavanone, isoflavone and flavanol, on lipase were determined. Flavone exhibited stronger activity than other types flavonoids. Among them, luteolin the strongest with IC50 value 99 ± 11 μM, followed by quercetin baicalein. binding affinity these flavonoids was investigated fluorescence titration method. flavones flavanones, linearly...
Abstract Background Oocyte maturation arrest and early embryonic are important reproductive phenotypes resulting in female infertility cause the recurrent failure of assisted technology (ART). However, genetic etiologies these infertility-related poorly understood. Previous studies have mainly focused on inherited mutations based large pedigrees or consanguineous patients. role de novo (DNMs) remains to be elucidated. Results To decipher DNMs ART with oocyte embryo defects, we explore...
Empty follicle syndrome (EFS) is a reproductive disorder in which no oocytes are retrieved during IVF. The existence of genuine EFS (GEFS) still controversial, and to date, only one missense mutation Luteinizing Hormone/Choriogonadotropin Receptor (LHCGR) has been reported be associated with this disease. Here, we describe GEFS patient non-consanguineous family from China. A 27-year-old woman presented 5-year history primary infertility LH resistance-like ovaries unequal sizes, but normal...
Global warming has threatened all-rounded hierarchical biosphere by reconstructing eco-structure and bringing biodiversity variations. Pacific white shrimp, a successful model of worldwide utilizing marine ectothermic resources, is facing huge losses due to multiple diseases relevant intestinal microbiota (IM) dysbiosis during temperature fluctuation. However, how mediates shrimp health remains poorly understood. Herein, global IM catalogue was conducted via 1,369 data from nine countries,...
BackgroundHuman respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is one of the most important pathogens that cause acute infections in children and immunocompromised adults. This work was conducted to understand epidemiological phylogenetic features RSV southern China during 2011–2016.MethodsA total 16 024 nasopharyngeal swabs were collected from patients with 14 hospitals, screened for seven other viruses using real-time PCR. Six hundred twenty-three RSV-positive samples 13 hospitals further analyzed...
Passively Q-switched mode-locking performance of Nd:GdTaO4 crystal using molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) as a saturable absorber at 1066 nm was demonstrated for the first time. The MoS2 prepared simply by transferring suspension onto quartz substrate. By inserting into laser, stable modelocked operation can be achieved. At pump power 4 W, maximum average output 0.156 W obtained with optical conversion efficiency 3.9%.
Abstract Background To compare the concordance between trophectoderm (TE) analysis and whole blastocyst of embryos from chromosomal structural rearrangement (SR) carriers. Method Sixty-three abnormal blastocysts identified by preimplantation genetic testing for (PGT-SR) were included. The processed through multiple displacement amplification cycle sequenced 24-chromosome aneuploidy screening next-generation sequencing (NGS). results compared with those TE biopsy same primary couples. Results...
To determine if the GnRH antagonist protocol is effective in preventing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) potentially high responders.A total of 660 IVF-ET/ICSI cycles were retrospectively identified. The inclusion criterion was age ≤ 30 years. Cycles divided into two groups: a GnRHa group and GnRHant group. In group, patients received one single injection 1.0mg-1.3mg Triptorelin previous mid-luteal phase. daily dose 0.25 mg Cetrotide initiated when lead follicle obtained mean...
A simple and rapid chemiluminescence competitive direct enzyme-linked generic immunosorbent assay was developed for 20 FQs in fish shrimp samples.
ObjectiveTo report a case of successful pregnancy involving embryos that wereaffected by bacterial contamination.DesignA report.SettingAcademic assisted reproductive center.Patient(s)A 31-year–old infertile patient with obstructed fallopian tubes facing contamination in her during vitro fertilization.Intervention(s)The zona pellucida (ZP) the was contaminated bacteria removed acidic Tyrode's solution. The ZP-free were then cultured time-lapse culture dish 1 zygote per well until day 5 when...
Can blastocyst aneuploidy be predicted for patients with previous aneuploid pregnancy loss (PAPL) and receiving preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A)?Multivariable logistic regression models were established to predict high risk of using four identified factors, presenting good predictive performance.Aneuploidy is the most common embryonic chromosomal abnormality leading loss. Several studies have demonstrated a higher embryo rate in PAPL, which has suggested that PGT-A should benefits...
Recruitment of primordial follicles is essential for female fertility. Some the intraovarian growth factors involved in initiation follicle have been identified, but exact mechanisms regulating activation are poorly understood. Strong evidence indicates that vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), a neuropeptide found ovarian nerves, plays role physiology development and function. The aim present study was to determine whether VIP might regulate neonatal rat an vitro culture system. Ovaries...
