A simultaneous determination of trans-resveratrol, (−)-epicatechin, and (+)-catechin in red wine by capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE-ED) is reported. The effects the potential working electrode, pH concentration running buffer, separation voltage, injection time on CE-ED were investigated. Under optimum conditions, analytes could be separated a 100 mmol/L borate buffer (pH 9.2) within 20 min. 300 μm diameter carbon disk electrode has good response at +0.85 V (vs...
A high-performance capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE-ED) method has been developed for the analysis of bioactive ingredients in Flos Chrysanthemum this work. The effects several factors such as acidity and concentration running buffer, separation voltage, applied potential, injection time were investigated. Under optimum conditions, eight analytes could be well separated within 20 min at voltage 14 kV a 50 mmol/L Borax buffer (pH 9.2). 300 μm diameter carbon disk...
Abstract BACKGROUND Cyromazine (CYR) and its main degradation product melamine (MEL) are attracting wide attention due to their potential hazards the environment humans. In this work, double surfactants‐assisted electromembrane extraction (DS‐EME) by Tween 20 alkylated phosphate was firstly used for purification of CYR MEL, extract directly analyzed capillary electrophoresis with capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection. RESULTS Under optimum conditions, two targets could be...
