A 1280×960 floating diffusion storage global shutter image sensor is implemented in a 3D stacked back illuminated indirect time of flight (iToF). The sensor, achieves 18,000e- full well capacity and 32% quantum efficiency (QE) with pyramid surface for diffraction (PSD) structure [1], utilizing 3.5µm pixel. Low power consumption also achieved, due to low leakage current the iToF pixel resistance Cu-Cu connection metal wiring. These device architectures enable high resolution wide dynamic...

A 320×240 back-illuminated Time-of-Flight CMOS image sensor with 10μm CAPD pixels has been developed. The (BI) pixel structure maximizes the fill factor, allows for flexible transistor position and makes light path independent of metal layer. In addition, pixel, which is optimized high speed modulation, results in 80% modulation contrast at 100MHz frequency.

By exploring the feasibility of medical imaging applicable to periodontal disease, we have designed a MapReduce-like deep learning model for severity assessment by estimating pocket depth from oral images. However, typically relies on supervised training with large annotated dataset, and data often faces an insufficiency in quantity variety. Furthermore, obtaining patient annotating such experts still remain challenge. To overcome data, propose random cropping GAN-based augmentation methods...

This research applied thermally assisted magnetic recording to analyze both temperature distributions and time transitions of isolated columnar structured media. It was clarified how a higher thermal resolution could be achieved using media compared with continuous film With the application plasmon antenna, bit-patterned writing more than 10 times that conventional Temperatures adjacent columns strongly depend on arrangement shape antenna.
