Abstract Osteoporosis is the most common bone metabolic disease that affects health of middle-aged and elderly people, which hallmarked by imbalanced remodeling a deteriorating immune microenvironment. Magnesium calcium are pivotal matrix components participate in formation process, especially microenvironment regulation stages. Nevertheless, how to potently deliver magnesium tissue remains challenge. Here, we have constructed multifunctional nanoplatform composed calcium-based upconversion...

ABSTRACT Dengue, leptospirosis, and malaria are among the most common etiologies of systemic undifferentiated febrile illness (UFI) travelers to developing world, these pathogens all have potential cause life-threatening in returned travelers. The current study describes development an internally controlled multiplex nucleic acid amplification test for detection dengue virus (DENV) Leptospira Plasmodium species, with a specific callout falciparum (referred as UFI assay). Aims This study aims to determine the optimal number of oocytes retrieved so that patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) receiving in vitro fertilization (IVF) can obtain best cumulative live birth rate (CLBR) and after fresh embryo transfer. Methods is a retrospective 1,419 PCOS who underwent their first IVF cycle at Second Hospital Hebei Medical University from January 2014 December 2021. Multivariable regression analysis was performed adjust for factors known independently affect...

Abstract Objective To evaluate whether prophylactic chemotherapy (P-chem) increased the drug resistance rate of postmolar GTN and first-line should be different from P-chem. Methods Postmolar received P-Chem was defined as group. without P-chem randomly selected control group according to ratio 1:3 (P-chem:control) matched by age for low risk high separately. Results Totally 455 low-risk 32 high-risk patients were included. WHO score, cycles achieve hCG normalization resistant similar...

Ovarian aging is characterized by a gradual decline in quantity and quality of oocytes lower chance fertility. Better understanding the genetic modulation during ovarian can further address available treatment options for aging-related diseases fertility preservation.A novel technique spatial transcriptomics (ST) was used to investigate transcriptome features rat ovaries. Transcriptomes from ST spots young aged ovaries were clustered using differentially expressed genes. These data analyzed...

Tarlov cysts adjacent to the spinal cord are usually asymptomatic and found incidentally via magnetic resonance imaging. On rare occasions, they increase in size produce symptoms resembling disk herniation. We report a case of sacral cyst resulting premature ejaculation 32-year-old man who presented with pelvic pain acquired ejaculation. Spinal nerve root decompression, excision intraspinal cyst, adhesion release surgery significantly improved his at six-month follow-up.
