In this Letter, the character of Euclidean matrix norm (EMN) intensity difference between phase-shifting interferograms, which changes in sinusoidal form with phase shifts, is presented. Based on character, an EMN shift extraction algorithm proposed. Both simulation calculation and experimental research show that shifts high precision can be determined proposed easily. Importantly, will supply a powerful tool for rapid calibration shifts.

The cell overlapping and adhesion phenomenon often exists in image processing. Separating overlapped into single ones is of great important difficult quantitative analysis automatic recognition. In this paper, an algorithm based on concave region extraction erosion limit has been proposed to judge separate images. Although spatially incoherent waves with various bandwidths can be utilized to perform Fresnel correlation holography (FINCH), the visual evaluation of records' quality was not well known, in this study, different were FINCH's recording and reconstruction. The obtained results showed that, like conventional digital holography, holograms resolution reconstructed images greatly associated fringe contrast FINCHps.
