Abstract Developing overall water splitting non‐noble metal electrocatalysts achieving long‐term stability with high activity at industrial‐grade current density remains challenging. Herein, a self‐reconstruction strategy of Co 9 S 8 ‐Ni 3 2 /NCF is employed to fabricate Ni x 3‐x O 4 ‐Ov‐ in which partial replaced by the structure. The reconstructed ‐Ov can enhance adsorbing ability leached from initial phase compared spinel, exceeding 1000‐h oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and 600‐h 1000 mA...

We describe the preparation and characterization of a green renewable polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) containing phosphorus, nitrogen carbon elements, based on ionic complexation between chitosan phytic acid. Introduction this PEC to ethylene–vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) leads an improvement flame retardancy. As for EVA/PEC composites with 20.0 wt % (EVA/20PEC), char residue at 600 °C is 12 higher than that pristine EVA under atmosphere. Compared EVA, peak heat release rate total EVA/20PEC...

A new polyelectrolyte complex (PEC), containing phosphorus, nitrogen and carbon elements, has been prepared from positively charged polyethylenimine (PEI) negatively phytic acid (PA). The PEC shows good performance in improving the thermo-oxidative stability flame retardancy of pristine polypropylene (PP). When content is 20 wt%, char residues at 600 °C for PP/PEC composites (PP/20PEC) are 10 wt% higher than those PP under an air atmosphere. Meanwhile, peak heat release rate total PP/20PEC...

Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) has been increasingly employed as a promising packaging material. Unfortunately, PLA film suffers low oxygen barrier and poor antifogging issues, which extremely restrict its practical applications. Despite some progress, to date it remains challenge construct biodegradable, transparent, highly oxygen-barriered coating for the via facile approach. Here, we report construction of biodegradable all-organic with high transparency hydrogen-bonded layer-by-layer assembly...

Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG), which convert mechanical energy (such as ocean waves) from the surrounding environment into electrical energy, have been identified a green alternative for addressing environmental issues resulting use of traditional resources. In this experimental design, we propose rolling spherical triboelectric (RS-TENG) collecting low-frequency wave action. Copper and aluminum were used to create frame functions electrode. addition, different sizes dielectric (SD1,...
