Based on the generalized accumulated generating operation, in this paper GAGM(1,1) cosine model is proposed to improve classical GM(1,1) model. Using polymer droplets formed in dewetting of film on silicon surface as template, the columns capped with circular plates are fabricated via plasma etching. By blanket deposition a gold layer structure, an array metallic microcavities featured by metal plate separated column bottom is achieved. The geometrical parameters stereo structures can be tuned.
