To evaluate the efficacy of an association N‐acetyl cystein, alpha‐lipoic acid, and bromelain (NAC/LA/Br) in treatment endometriosis we set up a new vivo murine model. We explored anti‐inflammatory proapoptotic effect this combination on human endometriotic endothelial cells (EECs) isolated from normal uterus (UtMECs). implanted fragments cysts intraperitoneally into SCID mice to NAC/LA/Br treatment. UtMECs EECs, untreated or treated with NAC/LA/Br, were activated proinflammatory stimulus...

We report a patient with large intragenic dystrophin deletion of exons 17-51 inclusive associated congenital cataract and mild Becker muscular dystrophy. The was similar to the described in mdx mouse. loss 68% rod domain including hinge 2 3 regions did not adversely affect correct localization association dystrophin-associated glycoprotein complex. This observation may have implications for minigenes suitable gene therapy.

In a 72-year-old woman with no associated personal or family history of breast and/or ovarian cancers, we identified novel somatic pathogenic BRCA2 variant (c.18_28delAGAGAGGCCAA, p.Lys6Asnfs*4) using next-generation sequencing (NGS). The allele frequency (VAF) was 16%, and Sanger unable to identify this variant. Adopting high-resolution melting analysis strategy coupled NGS, successfully highlighted the presence c.18_28delAGAGAGGCCAA allele.
