In this paper, a new filling process using an anisotropic epitaxial growth was proposed as the fabrication method of Super Junction (SJ) MOSFET. The controlled with silicon (Si) and chlorine (Cl) source gases applied to high-aspect-ratio trenches without voids. Using we succeeded in aspect ratio 18, which is highest works previously reported, fabricated 200V SJ-MOSFET 2.7gm pitch trench gate structure. Consequently, MOSFET showed electrical characteristics lowest on-resistance 1.5 m-ohm-cm...

Background: Tip refinement procedure is still controversial in secondary unilateral cleft rhinoplasty. The aim of this study was to assess whether septal extension graft improved nasal and tip deformity achieved a normal profile with clinical 3D morphometric analyses. Methods: A consecutive series 194 skeletally mature patients were included analyzed. All had undergone open rhinoplasty, performed by single surgeon, the use between 2013 2021. Background: Patients with cleft have functional and aesthetic impairment, typically require several interventions as they grow. Long-term evaluation following a treatment protocol is essential, but such reports on patients complete lip alveolus (CLA) are sparse in the literature. Methods: A retrospective review was conducted to all CLA born between January 1995 August 2002 treated at our center. who received continuous multidisciplinary team care until 20 years of age were included, palate...

Waveform distortions generated by exercise cause erroneous predictions in human identification based on the electrocardiogram (ECG). An approach for ECG‐based to achieve accurate while exercising is proposed. In proposed scheme, passband of a band‐pass filter optimised compensate distortion. As result, scheme archives 100% accuracy revealed when subject resting and 99.7% during exercise. The investigation an important building block development robust systems that are consistently despite...

A Sister Mary Joseph nodule (SMJN) is an uncommon cutaneous metastasis found in the umbilicus, indicating advanced malignancy. SMJNs typically originate from intra-abdominal sources, rarely breast cancer. Diagnosis suggests a poor prognosis with median survival of approximately 8 mo after detection. Managing patients challenging, as most receive limited palliative care only. The optimal strategy for long-term these remains unclear.A 58-year-old female, previously diagnosed right cancer 17...

RF noise immunity is becoming a serious problem for integrated circuits (ICs). We have found frequency-domain simulator [harmonic balance (HB)] to be useful analyzing the undesired IC behavior, especially DC output shift under large injection. The has following advantages in comparison with conventional time-domain such as SPICE: (1) shifts can simulated very short time using bipolar transistor model and (2) steady-state current or voltage waveforms at each node an are directly easily...

Morbihan disease is a rare condition characterized by persistent erythema and solid edema of the upper two thirds face, leading to visual impairment significant esthetic disfigurement. The underlying etiology remains uncertain, but its correlation with lymphoedema has been conjectured. Definitive treatment options are also lacking, most current topical, systemic, surgical interventions provide transient or partial results. In this report, we describe case in 32-year-old man. In this paper, we present a new deep trench power MOSFET with super junction structure in the drift region, which exhibits strongly improved relationship between blocking voltage and on-resistance. An accurate control of impurity concentration n region sidewall is important to achieve proposed MOSFET. Thus, also quantitatively analyzed shallow angle ion implantations into by using macrosize model. It was found that 40% ions doped incident 12% were re-implanted opposite at 10 degrees.

We have fabricated Super Junction (SJ) p-n diodes by our previously proposed defect-less trench filling technique with pre- and post-annealing in H/sub 2/. The has been applied to a comparatively low aspect ratio p/n column structure. Electrical measurements of the SJ diode indicate an increase breakdown voltage from 70V 195V due multi RESURF effect leakage current is below 1x10/sup -7/a/cm/sup 2/ at reverse bias 150V.
