To summarize the endoscopic screening findings in high-risk population of esophageal and gastric carcinoma analyze influential factors related to screening. In seven selected cities counties with high incidences carcinoma, people at age 40-69 were set as target population. Those gastroscopy contradictions excluded, all who voluntary willing comply medical requirements subjected histological examination for esophageal, cardia accordance national technical manual early detection treatment...
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have emerged as vital regulators in human cancers, including colorectal cancer (CRC). In this study, we aimed to explore the roles of circRUNX1 CRC.The levels circRUNX1, RUNX1 mRNA, solute carrier family 38 member 1 (SLC38A1) mRNA and microRNA-485-5p (miR-485-5p) were determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis. The protein level SLC38A1 was measured Western blot assay. Cell colony formation, migration, invasion apoptosis...
In this paper, one 3D imidazole cyclophane trivalent cation was chosen with the aim of studying conformational behavior. One novel organic-inorganic hybrid supramolecule {L1·(NH4) [Mo8O26]·(H2O)} (1), has been synthesized through self-assembly reaction. Compound 1 expressly confirmed b y PXRD, IR, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG. Crystallographic analysis shows that anion compound is Multi-core structure. TG stability relatively good.
