Abstract The present study provides an integrated view of algal removal the antibiotic ceftazidime and its basic parent structure 7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA), including contribution analysis, bacteriostatic aquatic toxic assessment metabolite verification. 92.70% 96.07% two target compounds was removed after treatment, respectively. can be separated into three steps: a rapid adsorption, slow cell wall-transmission final biodegradation. Additionally, while demonstrated excellent...

Introduction Disparities in supporting carers of people with dementia exist carer populations. The WHO developed an evidence-based iSupport for Dementia programme to address the disparities. However, evidence on how embed routine health and aged care services optimise support remains largely unknown. Methods analysis This study will apply a hybrid type II effectiveness-implementation trial evaluate embedment two innovations: ‘usual iSupport’ ‘tailored Australia China. RE-AIM framework...

To improve the efficiency of simultaneous heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification (SND) at high concentrations NaCl ammonia nitrogen (NH4+—N), we investigated SND characteristics Halomonas bacteria with ability to synthesize compatible solute ectoine. sp. strain B01, which was isolated, screened identified in this study, could simultaneously remove (N) by ectoine under conditions. Gene cloning sequencing analysis indicated that bacterial genome contains monooxygenase (amoA)...

A Gram-stain-negative, aerobic bacterium, strain M5T, was isolated from a seawater sample collected the western Pacific Ocean at depth of 1000 m and characterized by using polyphasic taxonomy. Cells were rod-shaped motile single polar flagellum. grew 4-40 °C (optimum, 25 °C), pH 7-10 9) with 0-10 % NaCl 1-2 %). Phylogenetic trees based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that M5T associated genus Pseudomonas, highest similarities to Pseudomonas pelagia CL-AP6T (97.8 %) salina XCD-X85T (97.5...

A strain (SYPF 7183T) was isolated from rhizosphere soil of Panax notoginseng in southwest China. Phylogenetic analyses indicated that SYPF 7183T distinct the other Absidia species with well-supported values. Strain produced spherical or subpyriform sporangia and short cylindrical sporangiospores. The azygospores were globose to oval. Based on morphological phylogenetic evidence, novel panacisoli sp. nov. is proposed.
