High-output cardiac failure secondary to a surgically constructed arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is rare entity that usually under-diagnosed in the dialysis population. We herein present case of 35-year-old female who was diagnosed with high-output an AVF and later managed surgical division fistula. Risk factors associated this are discussed, preventive screening strategies recommended.
