Alkaline pH12 shift treatment performed at varying temperatures (20-80 °C for 1, 5, and 60 min) was applied to structurally modify hemp seed protein isolate (HPI). The solubility of HPI (∼20%) remarkably improved ( p < 0.05) with elevating the temperature prolonging holding time, reaching 97.5% 80 min. treated exhibited a strong tendency forming soluble large aggregates. To limit lysinoalanine (LAL) production, heating methodically controlled 5 min, where LAL content never exceeded 100...

Abstract This research undertook the systematic analysis of Klebsiella sp. D5A genome and identification genes that contribute to plant growth-promoting (PGP) traits, especially related salt tolerance wide pH adaptability. The sequence isolate was obtained using an Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencing system with average coverages 174.7× 200.1× paired-end mate-pair sequencing, respectively. Predicted annotated gene sequences were analyzed for similarity Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG)...

Alternanthera philoxeroides is an alien invasive species, which can cause substantial damage to the local ecosystem by secreting allelochemicals. The objective of present study was appraise effects root extracts plant on soil enzyme and native microbial community. Urease activity measured using phenol sodium hypochlorite colorimetric method, sucrase determined 3, 5-dinitrosalicylic acid catalase KMnO4 titration method alkaline phosphatase disodium phenyl phosphate method. community...

Genipin, a natural electrophilic cross-linker, was applied (5, 10, 20, and 30 mM) to modify hempseed protein isolate (HPI). Genipin treatments resulted in general losses of total sulfhydryls (up 2.9 nmol/mg) free amines 77.3 nmol/mg). Surface hydrophobicity decreased by nearly 90% with mM genipin, corresponding similar tryptophan fluorescence quenching. The genipin treatment converted HPI into highly cross-linked polymers. Hydrogels formed such polymers when also incorporated hemp oil...

Abstract Aim This study aimed to establish a risk model of hub genes evaluate the prognosis patients with cervical cancer. Methods Based on TCGA and GTEx databases, differentially expressed (DEGs) were screened then analyzed using GO KEGG analyses. The weighted gene co-expression network (WGCNA) was used perform modular analysis DEGs. Univariate Cox regression combined LASSO Cox-pH select prognostic genes. Then, multivariate screen established based evaluated by curve, survival state,...
