In this investigation, we report the flexoelectricity-enhanced photovoltaic (FPV) effect in a flexible Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 nanowire (PZT NW) array/PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) nanocomposite. The simulation result of density functional theory (DFT) indicated that FPV PZT NWs can be greatly affected by interactions strain gradients with internal field generated self-polarization. We found when nanocomposite film was curved down, current aligned PZT-NW/PDMS composite increased 84.6-fold and...
Abstract Poly( l ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) films have excellent piezoelectric properties, but the strong hydrophobicity of surface makes it difficult for cells to attach there. PLLA nanofibers good biocompatibility, weak coefficient limits ability stimulate cell growth. Therefore, film is combined with make a multilayer film. In our tests, output ≈260 mV. biological experiments section, without stimulation, length on approximately twice that in blank control group. The cultured...
With the rapid development of electric vehicles, power electronics, and medical devices, high-energy-density capacitors have attracted considerable research engineering attention. In this investigation, we added surface-coated BNT-NN ((Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3–NaNbO3) nanoparticles into poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) matrix to fabricate BNT-NN/PVDF-HFP nanocomposites. We found that composite with ultralow contents (0.5 wt %) exhibited an ultrahigh energy density 36.94 J cm–3...
With the development of wearable devices and Internet Things (IoT), there is a growing demand for portable comfortable human health monitoring devices. Because advantages biocompatibility, relatively large piezoelectric coefficients, nonpyroelectricity, poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) polymers have been greatly utilized in applications tissue engineering, sensors, energy harvesting In this investigation, PLLA film was fabricated first time real-time stethoscope pulse wave sensor applications....
Piezoelectric polymers have been widely used in a variety of applications, including tactile sensors, energy harvesting, polymer actuators, and biological devices. In this investigation, we fabricated the PLLA (poly(L-lactic Acid)-based bimorph structures for piezoelectric motor applications. First, strain measurement setup was established to measure PDLA film at different temperatures. The effective constants d14 calculated films were 10.2 pC/N 9.4 pC/N, respectively. Furthermore, showed...
In recent years, the competition of Chinese commercial banks comes not only from traditional banking, but also emerging internet finance. The environment becomes more and intense. Hence, how to keep improve competitiveness is a core vital question for banks. As one main factors affecting competitiveness, customer experience attracts growing attention in bank service channels. this paper, we focus on intelligent branches, which an important channel More precisely, study queuing problem...
