Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a constant, developing brain impairment that described as the aggregation of misfolded amyloid-beta-peptide (Ab) and abnormal tau protein in brain. Stem cell therapy became favorable candidate for regeneration neurodegenerative disorders like AD, but there still shortage knowledge about underlying mechanisms. The goal this survey was determination necroptotic pathway possible mechanism effect human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs) rat model AD.Twelve rats were...

In spite of previous efforts, there is lack a radiotracer for imaging the 5HT1A receptor density in human brain, which involved several neurological brain disorders. The aim this study was to prepare new derivative 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (MPP) as main chemical structure antagonist with 3-carbon linker and radiolabeled by [99m Tc][Tc(CO)3 (H2 O)3 ]+ precursor. Docking studies before synthesis showed similar fashion interaction both WAY100635 (potent antagonist) designed ligand, despite...

To develop a novel 5HT 1A receptor imaging agent, new methoxyphenyl piperazine derivative was synthesized and radiolabeled with 99m Tc‐tricarbonyl precursor. We used the Cu (I)‐catalyzed cycloaddition of azide terminal alkynes to synthesize 1, 2, 3 triazole as metal chelating system. This synthesis provided reliable reproducible method attach technetium moiety. Tc‐tricabonyl labeling ligand performed at high radiochemical purity (greater than 95%). The compound stable least 24 h in room...

Phosphoryl containing ligand tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) in dichloromethane has been used as an extracting agent for tetravalent thorium and trivalent europium ions from their 1 M sodium nitrates. The equilibrium data reveal that both are extracted the complexes at 1:3 metal/ligand ratio. values of conditional extraction constant (Kex) show superior extractive properties towards than ions. effects solvent, type concentration the  salting-out on abilities investigated. influence...

The technetium-99m ethylene dicysteine (Tc-99m EC) is a radiopharmaceutical used for renal scintigraphy, noninvasive imaging technique that assesses kidney function as well urinary tract obstruction. We describe the extrarenal Tc-99m EC uptake in 70-year-old man with recurrent well-differentiated abdominal liposarcoma. In present case, both liposarcoma lesions which were diagnosed by CT scan showed heterogeneous accumulation of EC.

Introduction: C-X-C Chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) is often overexpressed or overactivated in different types and stages of cancer disease. Therefore, it considered a promising target for imaging early detection primary tumors metastasis. In the present research, new cyclo-peptide radiolabelled with 99mTc, 99mTc-Cyclo [D-Phe-D-Tyr-Lys (HYNIC)- D-Arg-2-Nal-Gly-Lys(iPr)], was designed based on parental LY251029 peptide, as potential vivo agent CXCR4-expressing tumors. Methods: The...

Chemokine receptor (CXCR-4) is overexpressed in many types of tumors and promotes cancer metastasis. The expression level CXCR4 the sign metastatic potential tumor determines organ-specific This chemokine considered a promising target for treatment molecular imaging. In this study, cyclo-peptide as antagonist was successfully synthesized applying standard Fmoc solid-phase strategy radio-labeled with Sodium Pertechnetate via HYNIC chelator EDDA/tricine co-ligands. ligand manually high yield...
