Existing multi-agent perception systems assume that every agent utilizes the same model with identical parameters and architecture. The performance can be degraded different models due to mismatch in their confidence scores. In this work, we propose a model-agnostic framework reduce negative effect caused by discrepancies without sharing information. Specifically, calibrator eliminate prediction score bias. Each performs such calibration independently on standard public database protect...

Metal (Cu, Co, Ni, Pd, Pt, and Ag) nanowires (MNWs) have been produced using anodic aluminum oxide as template. The grown MNWs are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, transmission diffraction. optical limiting properties of the also studied results obtained at 532 1064nm indicate that broadband capability performances some comparable to or better than carbon nanotubes. It was found nonlinear response is dominated scattering.

Coordination is one of the essential problems in multi-agent systems. Typically reinforcement learning (MARL) methods treat agents equally and goal to solve Markov game an arbitrary Nash equilibrium (NE) when multiple equilibra exist, thus lacking a solution for NE selection. In this paper, we unequally consider Stackelberg as potentially better convergence point than terms Pareto superiority, especially cooperative environments. Under games, formally define bi-level problem finding...

In many environmental monitoring scenarios, the sampling robot needs to simultaneously explore environment and exploit features of interest with limited time. We present an anytime multi-objective informative planning method called Pareto Monte Carlo tree search which allows handle potentially competing objectives such as exploration versus exploitation. The produces optimized decision solutions for based on its knowledge (estimation) state, leading better adaptation dynamics. provide...

We report the observation of thermally-induced self-diffraction in carbon nanotube (CNT) solutions under influence gravity. present a theoretical model which CNTs are assumed to obey Boltzmman distribution law. Under approximations small temperature rise and very narrow CNT masses, simulation is consistent with data measured at low laser powers. An immediate application such gravitation-dependent characteristic optical measurement for molecular weights CNTs.

With the popularity of internet 5G network, network constructions hospitals have also rapidly developed. Operations management in healthcare system is becoming paperless, for example, via a shared electronic medical record (EMR) system. A plays an important role reducing diagnosis costs and improving diagnostic accuracy. In traditional system, centralized database storage typically used. Once there problem with data storage, it could cause privacy disclosure security risks. Blockchain...

The electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction (ECNRR) is a sustainable and environmentally friendly method for NH3 synthesis under environmental conditions relative to the Haber-Bosch process; however, its low selectivity (Faradaic efficiency (FE)) yield impede progress. Herein, benefiting from application of interface engineering strategy, multicomponent TiO2/Ag/Cu7S4@Se-CC heterogeneous electrocatalyst with unique structure was successfully fabricated, generating sandwich by using Ag...

Abstract Gold nanoparticles (about 10 nm in diameter) are investigated by an apertureless (or scattering‐type) scanning near‐field optical microscope (aSNOM) at 633 and a negative amplitude signal contrast is observed. To understand the size effect interactions between light, tip, sample, analytical solution obtained adopting model considering tip as point dipole. This successfully shows reversal measured experiments. Some important aspects, however, neglected quasistatic dipole model. Thus,...

Robotic Information Gathering (RIG) relies on the uncertainty of a probabilistic model to identify critical areas for efficient data collection.Gaussian processes (GPs) with stationary kernels have been widely adopted spatial modeling. However, real-world typically does not satisfy assumption stationarity, where different locations are assumed same degree variability. As result, prediction accurately capture error, limiting success RIG algorithms. We propose novel family nonstationary kernels,...
