Peripheral neuropathy is a common cause of pain and reduced quality life, among the most reasons that patients seek medical care.[1] The global prevalence 7% in those older than 65 years.[2] It critical to teach both neurologists nonneurologists how diagnose this disorder, as underdiagnosis still an issue.[3] [4] vast range neuropathies (over one hundred!)[2] intimidate alike, thus requiring framework for conceptualizing diagnosis managing all-too-common condition.
