This paper deals with the uniqueness and global stability of forced extinction waves for nonlocal dispersal Fisher-KPP equation in a shifting environment where favorable habitat is shrinking. Specifically, we first obtain by using sliding technique then establish exponential via monotone semiflows approach combined method super- subsolutions. Our developed arguments can also be used to prove same conclusion corresponding random diffusion problem.

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>In this short review, we describe some recent developments on the spatial propagation for diffusion problems in shifting environments, including single species models, competition/cooperative models and chemotaxis submitted to classical reaction-diffusion equations (with or without free boundaries), integro-difference equations, lattice differential nonlocal dispersal equations. The considered topics may typically come from modeling threats associated with...

Selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) are (AR) ligands that induce anabolism while having reduced effects in reproductive tissues. In various experimental contexts SARMs fully activate, partially or even antagonize the AR, but how these complex activities translate into tissue selectivity is not known. Here, we probed function using >1000 synthetic AR ligands. These compounds produced a spectrum of each assay ranging from 0 to 100% maximal response. By testing different classes...

Abstract This paper is concerned with the travelling waves for a class of non-local dispersal non-cooperative system, which can model prey-predator and disease-transmission mechanism. By Schauder's fixed-point theorem, we first establish existence connecting semi-trivial equilibrium to non-trivial leftover concentrations, whose bounds are deduced from precise analysis. Further, characterize minimal wave speed obtain non-existence slow speed. Finally, apply general results an epidemic...

This paper is concerned with the propagation phenomenon of a three species predation-competition system nonlocal dispersal and climate change effects. That to say, there not only competition for food, but also competitive interaction between two preys. The growth rate each prey nondecreasing along $ x $-axis shifts rightward at speed s $. We mainly consider population dynamics cases: (ⅰ) predator spreads faster than preys, (ⅱ) preys (ⅲ) slower behind including multiple layers different...

Carboplatin/pegylated liposomal doxorubicin/bevacizumab is an accepted standard anti-cancer treatment option for recurrent ovarian cancer. However, the occurrence of adverse events associated with this therapeutic regimen limits its continued clinical use. Among these events, acquired amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia a rare but often potentially life-threatening effect, and intolerant to multiple approaches. This paper is concerned with the global dynamics and spreading speeds of a partially degenerate non-local dispersal system monostable nonlinearity in periodic habitats. We first obtain existence principal eigenvalue for problem dispersal. Then we study coexistence extinction dynamics. Finally, characterization are considered. In particular, show that speed linearly determinate. Overall, extend existing results on reaction–diffusion to case. The extension non-trivial meaningful.

Abstract EGFR-activating mutations (Del19 or L858R) are major drivers in NSCLC (~40% Asian and 10-20% non-Asian). EGFR-TKIs have brought benefit to patients with EGFR mutations, prolonging PFS increasing quantity of life. Nevertheless, resistance inevitably emerges leads disease progression. Acquired C797S mutation is the most common event underlying 3rd generation EGFR-TKIs, there no therapies. Herein, we report discovery BPI-361175, a 4th EGFR-TKI that overcomes resistant mutations.
