To investigate the risk factors for recurrence in patients with early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after minimally invasive treatment curative intent, then to construct a prediction model based on Lasso-Cox regression and visualize built.Clinical data were collected from 547 that received our hospital January 1, 2012, December 31, 2016. Lasso was used screen recurrence. Then we established Cox proportional hazard random survival forest including several parameters screened by...
Methane is supersaturated in surface seawater and shallow coastal waters dominate global ocean methane emissions to the atmosphere. Aerobic oxidation (MOx) can reduce atmospheric evasion, but magnitude control of MOx remain poorly understood. Here we investigate sources fates East China Sea map rates by training machine-learning models. We show produced during methylphosphonate decomposition under phosphate-limiting conditions sedimentary release also source methane. High observed these...
Abstract Dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) is an important marine osmolyte. Aphotic environments are only recently being considered as potential contributors to global DMSP production. Here, our Mariana Trench study reveals a typical seawater DMSP/dimethylsulfide (DMS) profile, with highest concentrations in the euphotic zone and decreased but consistent levels below. The genetic for bacterial synthesis via dsyB gene its transcription greater deep ocean, sediment.s catabolic present...
Sulfonyl fluorides have widespread applications in many important fields, including ligation chemistry, chemical biology, and drug discovery. Therefore, new methods to increase the synthetic efficiency expand available structures of sulfonyl are highly demand. Here, we introduce a powerful class fluoride hubs, β-chloro alkenylsulfonyl (BCASF), which can be constructed via radical chloro-fluorosulfonyl difunctionalization alkynes under photoredox conditions. BCASF molecules exhibit versatile...
Abstract Sulfonyl fluorides have attracted considerable and growing research interests from various disciplines, which raises a high demand for novel effective methods to access this class of compounds. Radical flurosulfonylation is recently emerging as promising approach the synthesis sulfonyl fluorides. However, scope applicable substrate reaction types are severely restricted by limited known radical reagents. Here, we introduce solid state, redox-active type fluorosulfonyl reagents,...
Abstract Recently, radical fluorosulfonylation is emerging as an appealing approach for the synthesis of sulfonyl fluorides, which are highly in demand various disciplines, particularly chemical biology and drug discovery. Here, we report first establishment hydro‐fluorosulfonylation alkenes, enabled by using 1‐fluorosulfonyl 2‐aryl benzoimidazolium (FABI) effective redox‐active precursor. This method provides a new facile aliphatic fluorides from unactivated can be further applied to...
Multicomponent reactions represent a powerful method for building complex molecules from structurally simple starting materials. Herein, we report novel three-component radical–polar crossover reaction involving tandem addition of two different olefins, which is initiated by the selective fluorosulfonyl radicals to alkyl alkenes. This process provides facile and effective access multiple functionalized aliphatic sulfonyl fluoride molecules. Further transformation products also demonstrated.
The microbial cleavage of dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) generates volatile DMS through the action DMSP lyases and is important in global sulfur carbon cycles. When released into atmosphere from oceans, oxidized, forming cloud condensation nuclei that may influence weather climate. Six different lyase genes are found taxonomically diverse microorganisms, dddQ among most abundant marine metagenomes. Here, we examine molecular mechanism by lyase, DddQ, Ruegeria lacuscaerulensis ITI_1157....
Ocean-derived dimethyl sulfide (DMS) is widely concerning because of its hypothesized influence on global climate change. This study aims to explore the distribution characteristics and influencing factors DMS partial pressure carbon dioxide ( p CO 2 ) in Northwest Pacific Ocean, as well potential relationship between . A high-resolution, underway, shipboard measurement device was used determine surface seawater atmosphere marginal seas during November 2019. The result show that atmospheric...
Volatile sulfur compounds, such as dimethyl sulfide (DMS), carbonyl (OCS), and carbon disulfide (CS2), have significant implications for both atmospheric chemistry climate change. Despite the crucial role of oceans in regulating their budgets, our comprehension cycles seawater remains insufficient. To address this gap, a field investigation was conducted western North Pacific to clarify sources, sinks, biogeochemical controls these gases two different marine environments, including...
Herein, we describe the successful development of an azido-fluorosulfonylation reaction alkenes under photoredox catalysis, which could allow installation two "clickable" groups, -N3 and -SO2F, on a C-C double bond, with TMSN3 as azide source. The utilization difunctionalization products is also demonstrated in construction library 1,2,3-triazolesulfonyl fluoride compounds well drug molecule ligation by merging copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) sulfur(VI) exchange (SuFEx),...
