Six derivatives of 1-(2-(benzoyl-(substituted)-2-phenyl-1H-indole-5-carbony) hydrazinyloxy) vinyl nitrate were synthesized and tested in vivo for anti-inflammatory, analgesic, ulcerogenic properties.
